English Language Teachers – Relocate to China

Job Title: Full-time English Language Teachers 
Work Location: Various locations in China  
Student Age Group: K-12 or adult students 
Start Date: Negotiable 

Qualifications: 
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field; graduates from education, English language and linguistics background are preferred 
  • Two years of teaching experience 
  • TEFL/ TESOL certificate if without teaching experience 
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written form 
  • Great people skills and team spirit 
  • Must demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds and different age groups 
  • Teaching or working experience with overseas students is a great asset 

Job responsibilities: 
  • Deliver English language classes 
  • Prepare lesson plans 
  • Participate in extracurricular and open house activities 
  • Attend mandatory meetings 

Salary range: 
  • ¥20,000 – ¥25,000 per month 
  • The starting salary is based on working experiences and educational background

English Language Teachers – Relocate to China
 
Position: English Language Instructor (part-time; work from home)
Job Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preference is given to applicants with a BA in English language, linguistics, education or social science.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills in both oral and written form
  • Skilled in providing feedback and support in a virtual classroom
  • Be able to work at nights and weekends
  • Strong computer skills
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate with people from different background at different age groups
  • Experiences working with international students an asset
Technical requirements
  • Have access to high speed internet to ensure a high-quality video-audio capacity 
Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct online sessions for English learners from non-English-speaking countries and help them with their communicative language abilities
  2. Provide learners with standard, authentic English language input
  3. Provide session feedback regarding the learner’ English language use, pronunciation, intonation, grammar and appropriateness
  4. Give students performance feedback after each session
  5. Provide English cultural information in each session
  6. Encourage learners to express their ideas in real life English
  7. Be professional and respect learners’ background and cultural practices
  8. Participate online meetings with the team leader on a regular basis
